Talking Therapy

The sessions take place weekly and last 50 minutes. I seek to build a relationship based on trust, containment, openness and unconditional acceptance. The direction that the therapy session takes will be led by how the client is feeling at that moment. I gently encourage the client to talk about their feelings, emotions, fears, and desires. As this happens, patterns of behaviour that are rooted in past experiences, emerge. We can then discuss how past experiences are currently having an effect and explore new ways of dealing with these issues in a healthy manner.
